A dozen sage leaves and blend with 70ml of water.

Separately, make a solution of sodium alginate (4g) in 500ml of water (poor in calcium, therefore a bottle) with a blender. Let the latter rest in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, but preferably ten to remove all the air bubbles.

When you are ready, mix 50g of sage water (filter out the sage pieces) with 150g of sodium alginate solution. Now dissolve 3.5g of calcium lactate in 500ml of water in a bull (you have to be patient after 5 or 10 minutes it dissolves) at this point either with a bottle or a syringe if you have patience, drip alginate+sage into the bull with the calcium lactate
